Specifications:

SCCARE NPR75 is a polymer blend which is made using selected polymers like High Nitrile and pre-treated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin. This has excellent resistance to fuel, weather, gas and ozone which leads to resistance to petrol. In addition to this, it is also having low die swelling property for calendaring and extrusions.

Processing Characteristics:

Using a conventional rubber compounding machines it is easily processed. This compounding cycle is very short because of high and plasticizer absorption. For best results warm mixing mill ad intermix is widely preferred which results a quicker and better compounding mix.

Curing:

For curing Conventional Sulphur, Sulphurless Cure and Peroxide Curing Systems recommended.
