Specifications:

SCCARE NPR71B is a compounded using 70% Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and 30% Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. With the aim to resist low temperatures mainly this grade is made and compounds of SCCARE NPR71B can easily with low temperature of -40. Apart from this, SCCARE NPR71B is non-staining, has excellent resistance against weather, oil, ozone and flex.

Processing Characteristics:

This can be processed using both open mixing mills and internal mixers. With excellent filling and plasticizer absorping qualities, these SCCARE NPR71B saves money and time both.

Curing:

Sulphur or Peroxide curing systems is used and high dosage of accelerators to be used.
