Specifications:
SCCARE NPR50 is a combination of NBR and PVC. Pretreated PVC resin and medium is mixed together in 50:50 ration. In addition to this, for improving flex crack and hot air ageing, special polymeric Plasticizers and Additives are added to the mixer. Are also from this, these special polymeric plasticizers are also effective in enhancing the durability of products. These gets easily blended with Nitrile Rubber which increases the percentage of Nitrile Rubber when required in the compound NBR/PVC for clients.
Processing Characteristics:
Used a internal mixers or a conventional open mixing mill SCCARE NPR50 is processed. As conventional open mixing mills, users can change the ratio of Nitrile ratio in the blend as per their specific requirement. In order to achieve best results at the end, it is widely recommended to keep the mixing machines hot during the entire compounding stage. This will help in producing a quicker and a far better homogenous compound. This is specially designed for withstanding higher compounding temperature with ease.
Curing:
Curing is done using Peroxide and Normal Sulphur curing systems. As NBR/PVC is a very slow curing system, dosage of accelerator should be increased appropriately.
Applications:
This is widely recommended grade for products which needs very high ozone and requires excellent oil resistance. It is further recommended for coloured compounds except black. This products fine wide application in extruded profiles as they provide smooth, sharp and glossy finish. This is also used for fuel tubes, LPG tubing, hoses and other moulded products.
