Specification:

For easy compounding and bending, SCCARE NPR S is a NBR/PVC blend with low hardness polymer ratio of 3:2. It contains special additives of Internal Lubricants, Stablizers, Polymeric Plasticizers and Anti-Oxidants. Owing to its low hardness, these NBR/PVC grade is widely used in expanding. This is also used in ozone, low hardness printing rolls, high oil and in flex-crack resistant products.

Processing Characteristics:

This is easy processed using an conventional rubber processing machine and has excellent filler and plastic absorbing capacity. In order to achieve best results warming of mixing mill roll or processing chamber is highly suggested. This can withstand elevated compounding temperatures around 140oC.

Curing:

Conventional Sulphur or Peroxide Curing Systems.
